The Ray White Morley office was established in 1994, Sarah Kinsey initially became involved from 2005 through to 2008, first as an award winning Sales Representative and then as co-office manager. During this period the office had grown under her leadership to consistently run in the Top Ten Offices for Ray White WA reaching number 7 in 2007. She was bursting with ideas and enthusiasm to further expand the business and it became clear that the best way forward was to purchase the business, which she did this initially with a business partner on the 31st March 2008.
Over the next two and a half years the office continued to grow, significantly this has been demonstrated by their ranking within the Ray White WA group improving each year on average one position per year. Due to the continual success of Sarah Kinsey leading the office a strong reputation within in the local community has been created; along with growing a very strong team of people around her. Sarah purchased Uxcel completely and is now the proud owner and director of this large successful Agency in the thriving community of Morley. Sarah lives locally and has a passion to see the office grow to become the strongest office in the Ray White WA group with the motto “Local and Loving it!”
Locally Ray White Uxcel holds the largest market share in the area, this is held because of our attention to clientele care, service and dedication to staff. Ray White Uxcel has been reaching new heights each year, achieving Fifth Office Overall in WA at the 2010 Ray White Awards. We Uxcelians are very excited about the future and look forward to being of continued service to you!
